“If a part has passed through our hands, our customers can rely on it,” says Hans, one of our experienced quality inspectors. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, he’s part of a team that knows every detail.
Our specialists bring deep expertise across product categories – from engine cooling systems to complex electronics – and they all share one core belief: quality isn’t a matter of luck, but of precision.
From Initial Sample to Final Test: Quality Under the Microscope
In our testing lab, there’s a sense of quiet focus. At our Zeiss 3D measuring station, Hans is performing a dimensional inspection. “Some components are so complex that traditional methods aren’t enough,” he explains, as the machine scans every millimetre of a housing component with microscopic accuracy.
Next door, Ümit is conducting spot checks on Monark parts. Every result is carefully documented using our internal inspection app – ensuring traceability and full transparency.
Technology that impresses: modern testing methods in practice
One highlight of our quality process: the new test bench for AdBlue components. Dosing modules and urea pumps are tested under realistic conditions to guarantee flawless functionality.
“For wheel bolts, absolute strength and precision are essential,” explains Hans while working on the hardness tester.
Leak tests for air springs and spring brakes are also part of the strict procedures our components pass before leaving our facility.

“A complaint isn’t a setback – it’s a chance to improve,” says Thomas, Head of Quality Assurance.
