\u201cIf a part has passed through our hands, our customers can rely on it,\u201d says Hans, one of our experienced quality inspectors. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, he\u2019s part of a team that knows every detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our specialists bring deep expertise across product categories \u2013 from engine cooling systems to complex electronics \u2013 and they all share one core belief: quality isn\u2019t a matter of luck, but of precision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Initial Sample to Final Test: Quality Under the Microscope<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our testing lab, there\u2019s a sense of quiet focus. At our Zeiss 3D measuring station, Hans is performing a dimensional inspection. \u201cSome components are so complex that traditional methods aren\u2019t enough,\u201d he explains, as the machine scans every millimetre of a housing component with microscopic accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next door, \u00dcmit is conducting spot checks on Monark parts. Every result is carefully documented using our internal inspection app \u2013 ensuring traceability and full transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technology that impresses: modern testing methods in practice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One highlight of our quality process: the new test bench for AdBlue components. Dosing modules and urea pumps are tested under realistic conditions to guarantee flawless functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFor wheel bolts, absolute strength and precision are essential,\u201d explains Hans while working on the hardness tester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leak tests for air springs and spring brakes are also part of the strict procedures our components pass before leaving our facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always Improving: Quality as a Continuous Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At PE Automotive, quality is never static. In constant exchange with our customers and suppliers, we identify improvement opportunities \u2013 and implement them without compromise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA complaint isn\u2019t a setback \u2013 it\u2019s a chance to improve,\u201d says Thomas, Head of Quality Assurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEvery feedback helps us refine our processes even further,\u201d adds Jessica, Head of Quality Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This mindset of continuous improvement is also reflected in how departments work together. When Damian (Product Manager) and Hans (Quality Team) collaborate during initial deliveries, real-world experience and engineering precision come together to ensure the highest product quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
